It is stated that this document (public act) is authentic and integral, contrary to what is disseminated and published in a subversive manner and against the Supreme Council of Regency of the State of Antarcticland, omitting visibility on the real and truthful appointment of the Grand Council of Regency of the Government of Antarcticland, i.e. the authority that holds the Government of Antarcticland with full legality and all rights.
