What are the benefits of being a citizen of West Antarctic?
This is the most recurring question among those approaching the New State. We should answer: what advantages does it have to be an Italian, French or American citizen? Quoting the Indian chief Black Elk, we would say: "It is not how you are born, but how you die, that reveals to which people you belong". West Antarctic proposes itself as a new model of State and socio-economic research and opens the debate to the intellectual contributions of schools and universities, moreover it offers the opportunity to put into practice what until now were purely political and social theories.
First of all, citizens are united by what our main objectives are:
to try to reduce our CO2 emissions;
protection of the environment (flora and fauna) while respecting biodiversity and the rights of indigenous peoples;
development of tourism;
implementation of commercial, industrial and service activities, in collaboration with those countries that promote and/or recognize in their Constitution the principles of the Magna Carta of the Government of West Antarctic;
promotion of an eco-sustainable and fair development, based on an entrepreneurial state and not on the taxation of citizens, being a government of almost no-tax area;
design and development of State trademarks, and "Made in the State of West Antarctic.";
promotion of tourist demand;
development of services and tourist companies, favored by the environmental and natural characteristics of the territory;
enhancement of handicraft products and protection of local identities;
increase in demand for offshore commercial and service activities;
increase in the demand for services, newspaper registers, blogs, internet, satellite telephony;
increase in the Demand for collectibles: coins, stamps, flags, gadgets.
In addition, the Government is developing, through its Ministers and with the contribution of individual citizens, programs and economic agreements that focus on the development of activities in favor of its citizens (e.g.: insurance and services at advantageous prices). Economic activities are also geared towards encouraging the interaction of citizens and the state and the central sponsorship of individual projects of interest to the state of the Southern Lands.
Through diplomatic channels we will soon begin to move for a recognition of the State of the Southern Lands by national and local governments. It is our intention, after obtaining the recognition of the official documents of the Government of the Southern Lands, to be able to develop bilateral agreements aimed at protecting the investments of our citizens in other nations, obtaining preferential channels, for investment in developing countries that do not wish to be exploited by the large blocs or that are snubbed by them.
Another great advantage for citizens is that they will be able to enter into legal and commercial contracts by electing the Arbitration Court of the Southern Lands State established according to the International Arbitration Laws as a forum. The advantages must be identified by each of us, according to our ideals and objectives. Every person, from the romantic to the most cynical businessman, will benefit from belonging to This Model State.
Citizens will be able to engage in commercial activities and include them in the index of economic activities of West Antarctic, provided that they are related to the State or offer advantages to other citizens of the territory. "When a form of government is destructive, in whatever form (life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness) it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it and to institute a new government in such form as seems to them most expedient for their safety and happiness."

Citizens of West Antarctic are issued upon request, the Identity Card which is valid for five years. The electronic identity card, often also referred to by the abbreviation CIE, is the national identification document. Made of plastic material and "credit card" type format, the electronic identity card is produced by the Istituto poligrafico e zecca Stato delle Terre Australi which also provides for its digitization and initialization, a procedure that makes the card equivalent to a blank document. This procedure is followed by training, which is the phase in which the Registry imprints the holder's identification data on the card on the magnetic stripe. To find out the identity of the person, it will not be necessary to insert the card into a reader: the holder's personal details and passport photo will be printed on the card and will therefore be clearly legible. The physical media must comply with ISO/IEC 7816-1 1995 (International Standards Organization) standards, i.e. comply with the nominal dimensions of 53.98x85.6mm.
With citizenship you are entitled to the passport of the State of West Antarctic for ordinary citizens, while the offices of the State are issued with a diplomatic passport. Given that the West Antarctic passport is already recognized in many states.
